The code directly runs without modifications. However:
- there are compiled mex files for which no source code is provided. For the obj file reader it is not a big deal, but for the mass moments and their gradient, it makes it harder to reimplement.
- the code reproduces the armadillo in Fig. 17, but the other models are not provided.
